• When is my statement available for me to see?
  Normally within five business days of month-end your statement will be available  to view On-line.
   
• How do I know when my statement is available?
  Each month we will notify you via e-mail that your statement is available to view.
   
• How long do you keep my statement On-line?
  We will retain your statements On-line for six months.  If you need an older statement, just call us and we can print one for you anytime.
   
• Can I get a paper copy of my statement?
  Yes, you can print or save your On-line statement directly to your personal computer.
   
• What kind of computer do I need to see my statements?
  Any computer that can access the Internet can be used to view or print your statements.
   
• Do I need any special software to see my statements or to use Home Banking?
  Any computer that can access the internet can be used for Home Banking.  To see your statements On-line, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed. 
  
  This is a free program and most new computers already have it installed.  If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, you can install it over the internet in just a few minutes.  If you are not sure if you have Adobe Acrobat installed, just Click Here to check.  If you have it, then you will see a sample statement in a new window.

• Does this service cost anything extra?
  No, we do not charge anything for you to use this service.  And it actually saves Polam the cost of printing and mailing monthly statements.  We pass this savings directly to our members to help pay for other programs and services.
   
• How can I get copies of older statements that are no longer On-line?
  Just call our offices anytime during normal business hours and we can print and mail a copy of your statement directly to you.
   
• Will I still get monthly statements mailed to me when I enroll into Home Banking?
  No. Your monthly statement is available to you On-line for six months. You can print or save the statement to your personal computer anytime during that period. But if you need an older statement, we can still print one for you anytime.
   
• Are there any other benefits to On-line statements?
  Yes.  Here are just a few more benefits:
  - On-line statements can't get lost in the mail
  - You can view your statement from any internet enabled computer
  - Print or save a copy for your records anytime
  - Get your statement faster since it does not have to be mailed
